Early is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to build a consumer-grade health platform. You will lead the development of our native Swift and SwiftUI application, integrating hardware via Core Bluetooth and health data through HealthKit. This AI-first role emphasizes modern tooling like Claude Code to accelerate development and solve complex preventative healthcare challenges.

What You Will Do

• Architect and build the native iOS application using Swift and SwiftUI, ensuring high performance and a premium consumer-grade user experience.
• Integrate with proprietary diagnostic hardware over Core Bluetooth and leverage HealthKit to provide users with deep, actionable health insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with scientists, designers, and hardware engineers to translate complex medical data into intuitive, impactful mobile features.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• Extensive experience shipping production-ready native iOS applications with a deep mastery of Swift, SwiftUI, and modern concurrency patterns.
• Proven track record of working in health tech or heavily regulated environments, with experience managing sensitive data and complex user privacy requirements.
• Passionate about AI-assisted development workflows and comfortable using tools like Claude Code to improve engineering efficiency and output quality.
