Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Golang Developer to join our team on a contract basis. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on building scalable and efficient applications using Golang.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications using Golang.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.

• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Golang Developer or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in Golang, with a solid understanding of its paradigms and idioms.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

• Previous experience working in an agile development environment.
