Job Title: Full-stack Mobile Application Developer

Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development: Prioritize front-end tasks using React with TypeScript, and potentially transition to React Native.
• Full Stack Development: Collaborate on full stack projects, utilizing Spring Boot for back-end development.
• Team Leadership: Step into a leadership role within three months, guiding and mentoring junior engineers.
• Code Quality: Maintain high standards for code quality, ensuring efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
• Relational Databases: Utilize your experience with relational databases to enhance our data management and storage solutions.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, bringing innovative ideas to our development processes.

Must Haves:

• Experience: Extensive experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on front-end technologies.
• Skills: Proficiency in React with TypeScript, and readiness to potentially transition to React Native. Strong back-end development skills using Spring Boot. Experience with Kotlin is preferred, but Java is acceptable.
• Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of relational databases.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a team and mentor junior engineers.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.

Location: Remote

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,000 - $120,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skill, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
