Join Tuza as an AI Engineer to build agentic workflows that automate complex reasoning and decision-making for globally significant banks. You will own the AI and data infrastructure end-to-end, designing LLM pipelines that resolve exception-heavy processes. Working directly with founders, you’ll ship production-grade AI that transforms how major financial institutions operate.

What You Will Do

• Design and build agentic workflows using LangChain and Python to automate reasoning and complex decision-making across partner bank systems.
• Maintain the AI quality bar by implementing structured evals, monitoring, and iterative prompt engineering to ensure reliable agent behavior.
• Partner with stakeholders at top-tier banks to translate ambiguous operational challenges into technical AI solutions and actionable risk insights.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• Proven experience shipping production-grade LLM pipelines or agentic systems using frameworks like LangChain, Temporal, or n8n.
• Strong technical foundation in Python and AWS infrastructure, capable of engineering and maintaining robust data platforms and ETL jobs.
• Exceptional stakeholder instincts with the ability to lead data-driven conversations with enterprise customers and translate results into product value.
