About The Role
Informal Queries
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of formal employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievance, performance and sickness cases. Acting as the first point of contact for allocated cases, you will take ownership of processes from initial triage through to resolution, ensuring all activity is managed in line with policy, employment law and best practice.
There will be a particular focus on delivering a consistent case management approach, maintaining high-quality documentation, and providing clear, practical advice to managers and stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with Case Managers, People Partners and other colleagues to ensure cases are handled fairly, efficiently and with a strong focus on outcomes. This role is critical in supporting a standardised and professional service, contributing to improved employee and manager experience across the organisation.

You should have the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate and high-quality documentation, and apply sound judgement when supporting case decisions.
You will need to be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders, including managers and trade unions, have a keen eye for detail, and be committed to delivering a fair, practical and solutions-focused service.
