gcTrust is the firm’s dedicated support team comprising specialists in finance, IT, marketing, compliance, recruitment, and partner and offices services. Our role is helping partners to set up, run, and scale up their practices, so they can focus on providing quality service to their clients.

About the Role

• We are looking for motivated Maths graduates to join on a temporary basis to support a data entry project as part of a new system integration.
• This is a chance to make a real impact, working alongside ambitious professionals in a collaborative environment.
• This is a short-term opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with large financial data sets, contributing to an important audit and reconciliation exercise.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling invoice and fee data, supporting the wider team in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This will involve auditing and reconciling data sets, identify discrepancies or inconsistencies, and carrying out detailed manual checks where automated validation is not sufficient. You will work with large volumes of data, using Excel and internal systems to input, track and verify information, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The role will also involve collaborating closely with others on the project to ensure a consistent approach and to meet key deadlines within a defined timeframe.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for individuals who enjoy working with data and can bring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will ideally have:

• A strong academic background, particularly in Maths or a numerate subject (degree or A-level)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with confidence working with data
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work through large volumes of information accurately
• A reliable and organised approach, with the ability to work to deadlines
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a wider group
