Project Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Project Manager who loves making things work, someone who can spot when processes are off track, dig into why, and get the right people moving to fix it. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and day-to-day execution, helping the business run smoothly, stay compliant, and continuously get better.

If you're someone who's energized by structure, data, and seeing things through to completion — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Make sure SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards are being followed across teams, and flag it when they're not.
• Monitor key business metrics daily, spot trends, and turn data into clear, useful reports for the team and leadership.
• Check whether what's happening on the ground actually matches the plan, and raise your hand when it doesn't.
• When something goes wrong, dig in, document it clearly, and propose a real fix.
• Work with senior stakeholders to implement changes, then follow up to make sure they actually stick.
• Write and present regular updates on compliance, quality, and performance.
• Take on cross-functional projects and analysis tasks as the business grows and priorities shift.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management, operations, process improvement, or business analysis.
• You're comfortable with data — you can pull it, organize it, and tell a story with it.
• You know your way around Excel, Google Sheets, or a SQL
• You're organized, follow through on things, and don't drop the ball on details.
• You work well with people across different teams — you can influence without needing the title.
• You can communicate clearly in English (written and spoken).
