Role Overview

Synechron is seeking a talented Product Designer / Technical BA to join a dedicated squad supporting a leading bank’s transition to enhanced contact centre capabilities and operations management. This role requires a unique blend of strong Technical BA skills and product design expertise, with preference for candidates experienced in Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, operations) to design intuitive solutions for contact centre migration.
• Translate business requirements into user-centric designs that improve customer interaction workflows.
• Leverage Microsoft Dynamics to:
• Manage customer interactions (calls, service requests).
• Support operational workflows.
• Standardise the contact centre platform.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to guide development teams.
• Ensure designs align with accessibility standards and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Partner with stakeholders to validate design solutions and incorporate feedback.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design systems and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Technical BA skills with proven ability to bridge business and technical requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics in customer interaction and workflow management.
• Expertise in product design, UX/UI design, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of contact centre operations and customer service workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate effectively with squads.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or banking domain.
