The Role

We’re working with a high-growth global AI consultancy delivering cutting-edge GenAI solutions into enterprise environments.

They’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and deploy real-world AI systems that drive measurable business outcomes.

This is a highly hands-on role, designed for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and taking solutions from concept through to production.

What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy production-grade AI applications using LLMs and modern data stacks
• Partner directly with clients to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions
• Own end-to-end delivery (architecture → build → deployment)
• Develop agent-based systems and advanced GenAI use cases
• Mentor engineers and contribute to best practices across the team
• Ensure solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with responsible AI standards

What You Bring

• Proven experience delivering production AI or data solutions
• Strong Python engineering skills
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI or open-source), fine-tuning, or agent frameworks
• Solid solution design and problem-solving capability
• Comfortable working in client-facing environments
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, high-growth teams
