Role Overview

The Senior Scrum Master is responsible for leading Agile delivery at scale, ensuring alignment across teams, and driving successful program execution through effective governance and Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI planning, retrospectives, demos, and scrum of scrums
• Ensure alignment across teams with Agile principles and delivery practices
• Manage synchronization of release objectives across multiple squads
• Provide expert advisory to senior stakeholders on Agile governance
• Track and report delivery progress using Jira and program metrics
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reporting accuracy in Jira
• Coordinate quality assurance and change management processes
• Support continuous improvement of Agile delivery frameworks

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as Scrum Master or RTE in scaled Agile environments
• Expertise in SAFe or enterprise Agile frameworks
• Advanced Jira usage and reporting experience
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Experience in governance, risk management, and delivery tracking
