Scrum Master / Project Lead

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Lead to drive Agile delivery and project execution within a large enterprise environment. This role combines Scrum leadership with project management responsibilities, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery activities.
• Manage project plans, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Track sprint progress, KPIs, and project health.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with PMO governance and delivery standards.
  
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager/Lead.
• Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MIRO, and MS Project.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Mining or AHS project experience is highly desirable.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certifications preferred.
