Your responsibilities – or how you’ll be spending your day
You will support both in-house design initiatives and work as an embedded member of clients’ marketing teams.
You will help evolve and maintain brand identity — creating scalable templates, improving visual assets, and contributing to internal design initiatives.
At the same time, you will collaborate closely with clients as part of their day-to-day marketing execution. In many cases, you will act as their go-to Graphic Designer — working alongside marketers, content leads, and leadership to bring campaigns and assets to life.
This role involves working across a wide range of design needs, depending on each client’s stage and maturity.
Here are some examples of projects you might work on:
- Designing social media templates to enable consistent, on-brand content creation across the team
- Creating campaign assets, including webinar banners, email graphics, and social media posts to support demand generation efforts
- Designing conference booths, collateral, and accompanying swag for events
- Supporting sales and marketing materials, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and ebooks
- Collaborating with internal and client teams in regular meetings to align on priorities and deliverables
- Continuously improving and evolving visual assets and overall brand expression
Your qualifications — or things you’re good at:
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to clearly express ideas, understand conversations, and collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- 2–5 years of graphic design experience, with hands-on proficiency in tools such as Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator experience is a plus)
- A strong portfolio demonstrating experience across both digital and print design, with the ability to create on-brand assets using existing guidelines, style guides, or design systems
- Experience with AI design tools, or a strong willingness to learn and experiment with tools that enhance creativity, speed, and execution
- Bonus: experience or interest in UX/UI design, WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, animation, video creation, motion graphics, or illustration
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. Design files are clean, well-structured, and easy for others to navigate
- Ambitious, curious, resourceful, and able to work efficiently. Comfortable figuring things out independently and balancing speed with quality in a fast-paced environment
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement, with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and refine work accordingly
- A collaborative and positive team player, easy to work with and able to build strong working relationships across teams
