The SOC AI Business Analyst evaluates existing SOC process and tools to identify gaps and recommend innovative solutions that improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives They support the deployment and optimization of AI models within the SOC monitor performance and facilitate continuous improvement through data driven analysis and stakeholder feedback Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential as the role involves presenting complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner to both technical and nontechnical audiences The ideal candidate combines expertise in cybersecurity operations with analytical thinking problem solving skills and a passion for leveraging AI.
