Job Description:

We are hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to support the founder of a venture capital fund. This is not a

traditional administrative role. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, exceptionally organized, comfortable

working directly with investors, founders, vendors, and third parties, and eager to grow into a larger role

over time. You will act as the founder's right hand, helping manage communications, coordinate deals,

conduct research, and keep projects moving forward. This role requires someone who is responsive,

ambitious, detail-oriented, and comfortable making decisions without constant oversight. Full-time. Fully

remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.


Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:30pm EST.

Salary: $2,800/mo


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the founder's calendar, meetings, and daily priorities across email, Telegram, and other communication channels.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and logistics.
  • Manage inboxes, follow up on communications, and ensure important items do not fall through the cracks.
  • Coordinate meetings with founders, investors, vendors, and other third parties.
  • Conduct market research and company research to support investment decisions and business initiatives.
  • Assist with due diligence efforts by gathering information, organizing materials, and tracking follow-up items.
  • Drive projects forward by coordinating stakeholders and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Process invoices, track payments, and assist with administrative finance tasks.
  • Organize files, documents, contacts, and internal records.
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and contact lists.
  • Schedule and manage LinkedIn and Twitter content.
  • Assist with website updates and basic content management.
  • Develop, document, and improve SOPs and internal processes.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with portfolio companies and external partners.
  • Review and edit basic legal and business documents.
  • Support crypto-related operational activities and learn investment-related processes as needed.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve workflows, efficiency, and internal systems.


Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting a founder, executive, investor, or senior leader.
  • Experience working in startups, venture capital, finance, consulting, or other fast-paced environments.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable interacting with executives, investors, founders, vendors, and clients.
  • Strong research skills and ability to synthesize information quickly.
  • Ability to operate independently and make sound decisions with limited direction.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems.
  • Highly responsive and comfortable working in a role where priorities can change quickly.
  • Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet.
  • Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.


Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting a venture capital fund, private equity firm, family office, or investment company.
  • Familiarity with crypto, blockchain, or digital assets.
  • Experience with AI tools and workflow automation
