About The Company

The company is a small technology firm building crypto, wallet, and AI products, with developers based in Argentina and collaboration with teams in China. Work slows down when the CEO's intent gets lost as it travels between people, departments, languages, and time zones. This role fixes that across the business.

The person in this role sits next to the CEO, helps drive various company projects, and owns how information is structured and moves between departments — development being one of them. They capture what needs doing, turn it into clear tasks and updates, chase blockers, prepare bilingual handoffs, and use AI tools to do it faster. They do not make technical decisions — they create clarity, structure, and momentum so the company runs and ships faster.

Key details

• 📍 Location: Argentina or Latin America preferred. Remote-first.
• 🕐 Hours: Must overlap meaningfully with Argentina, China, and the CEO.
• 🗣️ Languages: Fluent English AND Spanish, written and spoken. Non-negotiable.
• 📅 Experience: 0–3 years. Judgment and writing matter more than seniority.
• 👤 Reports to: One Co-CEO. Works daily with the technical lead, developers, and department stakeholders.
  
  

What This Role Does

• Convert voice notes, rough briefs, and meeting outputs into clear tasks with owners, deadlines, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain the project management system (Lark) as the current, reliable source of truth.
• Assign tasks, set owners across the team, and monitor them through to completion.
• Coordinate across areas: prepare bilingual briefs, summaries, and handoffs.
• Support engineering with project briefs, tech specs, and requirements documentation.
• Use internal AI tools to draft, summarise, and check outputs — always with human review.
  
  

What The Company Is Looking For

• Autonomous after onboarding — able to operate with minimal supervision once context is established.
• Outstanding written communication in both English and Spanish — clear, precise, and professional.
• Calm under ambiguity — handles many open threads without losing track, and proactively flags gaps.
• Discreet with sensitive business information.
• Curious about AI and tech. Prior experience with crypto or Web3 is a plus, not a requirement.
• A little background managing spreadsheets with numbers, so a background in accounting or finance is valued.
  
  

Training provided

Full onboarding is provided for all tools and domain knowledge — including Lark, internal AI tools, crypto basics, and developer workflows. No prior knowledge of these systems is required to apply.
