Create products people love – and grow while doing it.

Ready to move beyond theory and start shaping real products in the real world? This is your opportunity to actively contribute to ambitious, international projects within a dynamic, multidisciplinary design environment. We work across industries, across disciplines, and across the full journey of a product – from early thinking to final execution. If you’re curious, hands-on, and excited to grow fast by doing, you’ll feel at home here.

In this role you will…

  • Contribute directly to the design and development of forward-thinking product experiences.
  • Take responsibility for specific workstreams within projects – from concept sketches to detailed refinement.
  • Translate research insights and strategic inputs into tangible design proposals.
  • Use and further develop your skills with digital and AI-driven tools to enhance ideation, visualization, and workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including brand strategists, researchers, interaction designers, and communication specialists to create cohesive and meaningful brand ecosystems.
  • Present and articulate your design rationale clearly within the team and, at times, to clients.

We are looking for…

  • A curious, proactive mindset and the drive to make things better.
  • The ambition to grow quickly and take on responsibility within projects.
  • Solid foundational skills in product / industrial design, including conceptual thinking and visualization.
  • Someone who enjoys building, testing, refining, and sometimes starting over.
  • Experience or interest in interaction principles, and emerging technologies, especially in fields like smart home and automation.
  • A degree in product design / industrial design (or comparable field) and first practical experience through internships or projects.
  • Fluency in English.

KISKA is an equal opportunity employer. We value talent, curiosity, and individuality regardless of background, identity, or experience. We’re building a culture where creative people can do their best work, together. Join a team that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and the alpine playground right outside our studio doors. With flexible schedules, competitive compensation, and a culture built around people. Come shape what’s next.
