Senior Business Analyst- UX/UI

About the Role

:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the Build & Transform team at STIB. You will play a pivotal role in the complete redesign of the STIB mobile application, acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and development teams. Your mission is to structure complex user journeys, translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, and ensure full traceability from concept to delivery

.Key Responsibilities

• :Gather and challenge business/user needs to clarify objectives
• .Define and structure end-to-end User Journeys (including edge cases, errors, and offline scenarios)
• .Transform journeys into features, screens, and detailed User Stories with Acceptance Criteria
• .Prepare functional frameworks and screen inventories for UX/UI Designers
• .Manage and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile/Scrum environment
• .Collaborate closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure unambiguous implementation
• .Maintain comprehensive documentation (Confluence) and traceability matrices

.Required Experience & Skills

• :Experience: 5+ years as a Senior Business Analyst, with significant experience in complex mobile projects
• .Technical Skills: Expert in Agile/Scrum, User Journeys, Epics/User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and backlog structuring. Advanced proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Figma/Miro, Lucidchart/Draw.io, and MS Office
• .Language: Native/Fluent Dutch or French AND Professional proficiency in English
