Job Description:

Looking for a native or fluent Finnish speaker based in Finland, with a valid work permit.

• Extract and process complex data from primary and secondary sources; clean, filter, and validate data to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze current business functions, evaluate operational bottlenecks, and identify areas for cost-reduction or efficiency improvements.
• Design, deploy, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports for leadership using visualization tools.
• Translate complex, technical insights into clear, non-technical business recommendations for management.
• Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives.
