About The Role

The Accountant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial records and statements in accordance with GAAP and relevant regulations. This role involves processing account information, conducting month-end and year-end closing activities, and collaborating with internal and external parties to resolve financial discrepancies. The Accountant also stays updated on financial policies and performs audits to maintain the integrity of financial reporting, supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Requirements

Experience: Entry level, 0-3 years of experience in a similar field.

Level of Education: Bachelor’s degree

Field: Finance or Accounting, or relevant field

Languages:

• Fluent in English [Mandatory]
• Fluent in Latvian (Preferential)
  
  

Job Specific Skills :

• Basic Accounting Processes
• Basic Month-end Closing

IT Skills:

• MS Office - Medium to Good Excel is required.
• S/4 HANA (Preferential)
