We are looking for an elite Senior Python AI Engineer to join a critical initiative designed to automate and scale complex judgments for enterprise corporate structures. By leveraging RAG, multi-agent frameworks, and advanced document reasoning, this platform will transform how global teams conduct scope assessments. You will be instrumental in building the E2E backend architecture and data pipelines that make this rapid, auditable analysis possible.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and scaling robust, API-first backend services using Python, FastAPI, Pandas, and NumPy
• Designing and implementing advanced RAG pipelines, utilizing vector databases and embedding models
• Developing and orchestrating sophisticated multi-agent AI workflows (using LangChain, LangGraph, FastMCP)
• Deploying and managing serverless solutions and APIs within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (including Azure Functions)
• Processing large, complex datasets, ensuring rigorous data cleaning, transformation, and integration
• Maintaining strict engineering hygiene: small and regular commits, CI/CD, unit testing, and Docker containerization

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of relevant commercial software engineering experience, heavily focused on Python
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Deep, hands-on expertise with FastAPI, Pandas, and NumPy in production environments
• Proven track record with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and Prompt Engineering
• Strong proficiency in building agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and FastMCP
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services (especially Azure Functions)
• Exceptional engineering practices (Git, CI/CD, Docker, packaging, unit tests)
• Strong analytical thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Willingness to complete a HackerRank technical challenge during the recruitment process

Nice to Have:

• Experience with multi-agent frameworks like CrewAI, Autogen, and Taskweave
• Understanding of broader data engineering concepts (pipelines, data integration, data warehousing)
• Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms and their AI services

Location & Working Setup:

• Remote working model.
• Occasional in-person team sessions (approx. 1x per quarter) will likely take place in Prague.
• Contract duration: 12 months

US Hours overlap needed: Minimum 2-6pm CET, preferred 2-7pm CET
