WinDev Senior Developer

Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a proficient WinDev Senior Developer with extensive experience in software development and project management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and organizational skills, demonstrating a capacity to identify and rectify technical issues, as well as develop and implement innovative features. A background in IT with at least five years of hands-on experience in WinDev is essential for driving successful project outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

As a WinDev Senior Developer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Analyze existing code to identify root causes of issues.
• Propose and implement corrective solutions and fixes.
• Develop new features based on specifications.
• Generate new application versions for deployment.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and developers.
• Comply with established procedures and development guidelines.
• Document developed or modified code and update technical documentation.
• Ensure quality through testing and thorough unit/functional tests.
• Participate in code reviews and suggest improvements to processes.
• Adhere to security and confidentiality protocols regarding client data.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT.
• At least 5 years of experience with WinDev.
• Proficient in HyperFile C/S.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and capable of managing unexpected challenges.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
• Excellent customer service attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
