AI Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced AI Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-driven initiatives. This role ensures strong alignment between business objectives, data strategy, and technical implementation. Acting as a bridge between stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership, you will ensure that AI projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality, security, and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

* Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and Machine Learning initiatives ;

* Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs aligned with business objectives ;

* Coordinate cross-functional teams (AI Engineers, Data Analysts, Architects) ;

* Manage AI project lifecycles within the Azure ecosystem (Azure Machine Learning, Data Factory, Synapse, etc.) ;

* Ensure compliance with governance, security, and ethical AI standards ;

* Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans ;

* Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) ;

* Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders and executive leadership ;

* Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and AI project practices

Required Qualifications/Skills :

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Data Science, Business Management, or a related field ;

* 7+ years of experience in IT project management, including at least 1-2 years in AI/ML related initiatives ;

* Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and data platforms ;

* Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (Azure ML, data engineering pipelines, cloud services) ;

* Exposure to data governance, MLOps, or model deployment practices ;

* Experience with project management & collaboration tools like Jira, Azure DevOps ;

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills ;

* Certified in MS AI-900, MS AZ-900, Prince 2, PMI/PSM or other equivalent certifications will be considered as an asset ;

* Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory
