Data Analyst (AI-Driven Environment)

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team in an AI-driven environment, where data plays a critical role in shaping intelligent solutions and business strategy. In this role, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support both advanced AI models and strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with AI Engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality data, develop impactful analytics, and contribute to innovative AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities :

* Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate/extract insights ;

* Support AI/ML initiatives with data preparation, labelling, and validation ;

* Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Azure Synapse Analytics ;

* Query, manipulate and process data using SQL and Python ;

* Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with governance standards ;

* Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to drive business performance ;

* Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks ;

* Contribute to feature engineering and data pipelines for AI models

Required Qualifications/Skills :

* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, IT, or related field ;

* 5+ years' experience in data analysis or similar role ;

* Strong proficiency in: SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) ;

* Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) ;

* Familiarity with Azure data services (Data Lake, Synapse Analytics) ;

* Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and data-driven workflows ;

* Certified in MS PL-300, MS, MS DP-900, MS DP-500, MS AZ-900 or other equivalent certification will be considered as an asset ;

* Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory
