- Develop and execute short/medium/long-term operational plans to optimize staffing costs.
- Supporting with warehouse staffing/capacity metrics forecasting using statistical modeling to drive a collaborative decision-make.
- Responsible for warehouse processing capacity planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities; focus on understanding data deviations, their root causes, and driving forward-looking opportunities
- Analyze capacity planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities and be able to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with global teams across Europe.
- Support Production planning and cost optimization initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
- Experience defining and executing program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience with Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
- Experience with operations/supply chain
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing efforts, transportation and logistics, or fulfillment and distribution centers
- Experience ability to understand and devise new models that work
