Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager at N-Sea, you manage projects from contract award through to completion, taking full ownership of subsea cable project delivery, including scope, budget, safety, and client outcomes.

We are looking for a Project Manager who has experience managing subsea cable installation and/or repair projects. You ensure safe execution, on-time delivery, and performance in line with budget and client expectations. You lead the project team, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and act as the main point of contact for the client across the full project lifecycle.

What you’ll do

Manage projects end-to-end, from planning through execution to close-out

Define and manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, and resources

Lead project teams and ensure effective allocation and utilisation of personnel

Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage relationships

Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and industry standards

Manage subcontractors, equipment, and resource planning

Monitor performance and deliver agreed KPIs

Identify risks and implement mitigation measures across technical, commercial, and SHEQ areas

Drive project strategy, including identifying commercial opportunities and additional work

Deliver project close-out, including reporting, lessons learned, and final accounts

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business

Experience as a Project Manager in offshore, energy, or similar sectors

Proven experience with subsea cable installation and/or repair is highly desirable and will be considered a significant asset

Understanding of offshore contracting and project delivery models

Experience with project management tools and ERP systems

Fluent English (written and spoken)
