Lead Tech Architect

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on digital workplace and cloud platforms
• Proven experience developing and managing domain architecture and technical standards (e.g. ArchiMate)
• In-depth knowledge of modern workplace technologies including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft 365
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and IAM solutions (Entra ID/B2B)
• Experience with application rationalisation and application portfolio management in complex enterprise environments
• Demonstrated ability in Infrastructure as Code and application lifecycle management
• Strong stakeholder management skills in complex, business-critical environments
• Proven ability to translate strategic ambitions into concrete architectural choices and technical roadmaps
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across multiple organisational levels
• Strategic insight combined with pragmatic execution
• Language(s): Dutch (fluent), English (fluent)

• Develop and implement a clear, future-oriented vision and strategy for the digital workplace and enterprise applications
• Define the baseline architecture and create concrete roadmaps towards the desired target architecture
• Lead application rationalisation initiatives to simplify and optimise the application landscape
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable architectural decisions and standards
• Monitor coherence and quality across the technology domain
• Ensure adherence to architectural principles, standards, and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to gain buy-in for architectural vision and decisions
• Drive structured approaches to application portfolio management and optimisation
• Challenge the organisation with critical questions to advance digital workplace capabilities
• Balance architectural quality with delivery pragmatism to maintain momentum
