Job Description :

Role Objective:

Lead and manage the technical development of Estbyaan. Oversee project planning, task assignment, technical guidance, and quality assurance. Act as the primary technical point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project planning and sprint management
• Team leadership and resource supervision
• Technical design and architecture oversight
• Quality assurance and code review
• Coordination with stakeholders for updates and issue resolution
• Risk assessment and mitigation planning
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Skills Required:

• Expertise in .NET Core / Node.js / JQuery / Angular / React / SQL Server / Oracle
• Cloud deployment knowledge (Azure)
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
• Experience in survey or data collection systems (preferred)
