We are looking for Field Service Analyst + Asset Management, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will:

• management of work teams and IT infrastructure projects, quality of service assurance, reports and indicators (KPI), budget administration and deliverables management.

And much better if you stand out for:

• English Advanced
• Experience with Field Services activities, Team Coordination. Manage stocks, hardware & licenses. Manage tickets using ITSM. Have sense of urgency in case of critical situation.
• Have a good communication to customers and partners. Conduct internal & external meetings. Prepare SLA reports, create action plans and good behavior to create healthly engagement the team.
• Driver license.
• Experience with enduser engineering, Microsoft application, security tools for information security/cybersecurity for DLP prevention.
• Systems engineer or technologist, in computer science or related, with experience in management of work teams and IT infrastructure projects, quality of service assurance, reports and indicators (KPI), budget administration and deliverables management.
• Experience to manage at least 3.000 devices in one customer.

And much better if you stand out for:

• Certification to ITIL v4
• Experience to manage tight SLA´s
• English language written/spoken
• Have worked before to Jira/Confluence/Insight tools
• SAP Basis, Oracle Database, Windows/Linux, Cisco, Palo Alto, Tethris, forcepoint, proofpoint, O365, Wlan/Lan, WAN, Datacenter, field services, Service Desk Operation
