Project Manager

Adecco is partnering with an award-winning architecture and interior design studio in Dubai, renowned for delivering luxury commercial and residential projects that redefine spaces and experiences.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a design-led environment and brings structure, control, and commercial insight to complex, high-end projects.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll sit at the heart of project delivery, ensuring everything runs seamlessly from a planning, financial, and operational perspective. This role is all about strengthening project control and driving performance across multiple live projects.

• Own project timelines, scheduling, and program management (Primavera P6, MS Project or similar)
• Drive resource planning and ensure optimal team utilization
• Oversee project financials, including forecasting, invoicing, and fee tracking
• Manage scope changes and design variations with precision
• Coordinate with external consultants and support procurement processes
• Leverage tools like Zoho or Deltek to track and optimize project performance
• Prepare clear, structured reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Partner closely with Design Leads, supporting client interactions and providing insight on project status, risks, and progress

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in the Middle East
• Proven background in architecture and interior design projects
• PMP certification preferable
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English
