About the Role
The People Intelligence & Insights Specialist is responsible for designing, building, and delivering workforce intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across HR and the business.
You will deliver descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to support key areas including talent acquisition, development, learning, nationalization, compensation, organizational design, and business functions. This includes translating workforce data into clear business narratives, strategic insights, and actionable recommendations for HR leadership and stakeholders.
You will develop workforce intelligence models, metrics, and hypotheses to identify patterns, forecast trends, and enable proactive interventions. This includes designing predictive and scenario-based use cases such as attrition risk, internal mobility, skills supply-demand, absenteeism, and succession readiness, as well as models to monitor employee engagement, burnout, and overall workforce wellbeing.
From a data engineering perspective, you will design and enhance HR data models and data warehouse structures to support scalable and trusted analytics. You will write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data across systems, and work with cloud platforms such as GCP and Databricks to build automated data pipelines, improve performance, and ensure reliability.
You will be responsible for maintaining strong data governance practices, including data quality, standardization, documentation, and alignment of HR metrics and definitions.
As part of advancing analytics capabilities, you will contribute to AI and automation initiatives, including the exploration of LLM-enabled tools, conversational analytics, and agent-based solutions. This includes identifying opportunities to automate recurring analyses using Python and supporting the organisation’s readiness for AI-enabled decision-making.
You will also support ERP analytics and system integration, working closely with HRIS, IT, and data teams, including contributing to the transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud by defining reporting requirements and ensuring workforce data is structured, governed, and aligned to future analytics needs.
In addition, you will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and insight products, ensuring strong data models, performance optimisation, and secure access structures. You will present analyses in a clear, business-relevant way and partner with HR, PMO, and business stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose intelligence solutions.
