Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and help the team maintain delivery momentum.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams.
• Track and report on sprint progress, team performance, and delivery metrics.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in large enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master are highly desirable.
