YOUR FUNCTIONS:

• Monitor project timelines, deadlines, and dependencies in close collaboration with the Team Project Manager
• Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests to the team
• Manage and optimize meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
• Track and balance team capacity to ensure sustainable workload distribution
• Support team leads in their day-to-day work and help them stay organized and focused
• Plan and organize team travel in a purposeful and cost-efficient manner

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented way of working
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
• Confident communication skills in an international environment
• Proficient in common collaboration and project management tools (e.g. MS Office, Teams, Jira, Confluence or similar)
• Proactive mindset - you spot gaps and act before being asked
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
