Product Manager

Our client, a leading global innovator in medical device technology, is looking for a Product Manager to support new launches in The Netherlands. You will step into a visible, strategic key role: the primary marketing contact for the Dutch market. Here, you help shape and execute the local strategy, lead impactful product launches, and build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.

• Own the local marketing strategy: develop and implement the Dutch commercialization strategy for your portfolio, driving adoption and growth in line with the organisation's mission to improve patient outcomes.
• Lead product launches and market development: plan and execute successful new product introductions, including positioning, campaigns, education and KOL engagement, ensuring best‑in‑class go‑to‑market execution.
• Drive cross-functional impact: collaborate closely with sales, medical, supply chain and international marketing teams on tenders, demand planning, sales enablement and performance tracking to maximise commercial results and ROI.
  
  

• University Degree (preferably in marketing or business administration)
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing and product management for the medical device or pharma industry
• Analytical marketer: proven ability to translate customer insights, competitive analysis and data into concrete marketing plans with measurable outcomes, turning analysis into action across the full product lifecycle.
• Fluent/native Dutch and strong English (B2+)
