The successful candidate will manage the full project life cycle, setting standards for assignments and applications. Pivotal consulting role in providing analysis of the existing practices of the projects across the organisation and making recommendations for alignment and improvement.

Responsibilities

One day as an Expleo Agile Coach

• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, in order to spread Agile Ways of working principles and practices;
• Empower self-organization of teams and support them in key change management phases;
• Coaching and mentoring of individuals of different seniority levels;
• Pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes and deliverables;
• Actively lead a successful team in line with the strategic plan;
• Leadership responsibility for provision of consulting services to corporate clients and achieving agreed objectives;
  
  
  

Experience

What are our key selection criteria for joining the Expleo Business Agility team?

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• Holding a formal certification as a Scrum Master, Kanban Lead, Lean Six Sigma certification or similar Agile approach
• Proven evidence of Coaching skill development through experience and/or formal certification
• Management qualification or relevant years of experience
• Excellent communication and presentations skills - Experience in the creation and delivery of Agile Training courses to clients
• Lean Thinking and an Agile Mind-set in how you work internally and externally
• People management skills - introducing and building ways in which people can learn from each other, encouraging mentoring and the transfer of knowledge by designing and delivering learning interventions
