This is your mission

Are you passionate about Agile methodologies, team coaching, and continuous improvement? Then this position is for you.

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for fostering Agile practices, enabling high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement across multiple teams within the organization.

Build Side

• Coach and support Agile teams in adopting Agile values, principles, and best practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and other Agile workshops to promote collaboration and team effectiveness.
• Help integrate and support multiple Agile teams while improving their ways of working and Agile maturity.
• Collect and analyze Agile metrics (delivery, team health, customer satisfaction) to support evidence-based continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Agile Chapter and contribute to Agile community events and knowledge sharing.
• Encourage experimentation, innovation, and the adoption of new Agile techniques.
  
  

Run Side

• Support teams in removing impediments and improving their delivery processes.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to individuals and teams.
• Facilitate collaboration between teams and stakeholders across the organization.
• Adapt Agile practices to the specific needs and maturity of each team.
• Work autonomously while remaining aligned with the Agile Chapter's objectives.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and team empowerment.
  
  

This is your background

You have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, working with multiple Agile teams in different environments. You are passionate about Agile coaching, continuous improvement, and helping teams achieve sustainable delivery through collaboration and evidence-based practices.
