The Role:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Engineer to lead our growing software engineering team and work closely with our CTO to build and maintain our iOS and Android mobile apps.

You will be responsible for shipping the world’s first tech platform for building connections in real life. You will ensure world-class availability, performance, and scalability through your creativity and the best resources the company can provide. You will deliver pixel-perfect apps in collaboration with our award-winning design team.

What You’ll do:

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the mobile infrastructure by:
• Building out the figma designs of the B2C application in Flutter, BLOC and freezed
• Integrating the backend APIs and middleware
• Improving and adjusting Pods/Package choices to make our application more performant
• Improving the CI/CD pipeline for the mobile repositories
• Keeping the mobile application up to date by continuously evaluating new packages, and updates (Flutter 3, Swift package manager etc)
• Shaping engineering culture
  
  
  

Our Stack:

• The mobile app is built on Flutter with BLoC and freezed and the CI/CD is in place via GitHub Actions + fastlane
• Backend: NestJS and MongoDB, Terraform to deploy on ECS
• Frontend: NextJS + sass/tailwind + gsap, with CI/CD via Vercel
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• You can build secure, fast and light mobile applications on iOS and/or Android
• You have experience in backend and API development.ortable with ORMs (Prisma preferred)
• You have experience building apps in Flutter in a structured team environment within the last 3 years.
• You are actively using BLoC or Riverpod and freezed.
• You have previously led teams in a structured environment.

• Backend experience: Nest.js / Next.js and MongoDB or NoSQL databases
