The Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Mobile Engineer with a strong background in Flutter to lead the development of high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver robust and scalable mobile solutions.

What You’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure efficient data exchange between the app and server
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, write unit & widget testing to ensure high-quality codebase.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and frameworks, suggesting and implementing relevant advancements.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  
  
  

Our Stack:

• The mobile app is built on Flutter with BLoC and freezed and the CI/CD is in place via GitHub Actions + fastlane
• Backend: NestJS and MongoDB, Terraform to deploy on ECS
• Frontend: NextJS + sass/tailwind + gsap, with CI/CD via Vercel
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years using Flutter.
• Proficiency in Dart and a solid understanding of the Flutter framework.
• Experience with state management solutions mainly with BLoC.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture (the CLEAN architecture) and design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication in English and teamwork abilities.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
  
  

Strong Pluses:

• Experience with native mobile development (Kotlin for Android or Swift for iOS).
• Knowledge of backend technologies and integration. Especially: NestJS and MongoDB, Terraform to deploy on ECS
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and writing unit, widget, and integration tests.
