📌 Job description:

Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the platform and oversee requirements engineering.

This role acts as the central interface between UZH/swissuniversities and the delivery team: owning the backlog, translating needs into traceable requirements, and serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) during both the build and run phases.

🛠️ Your responsibilities:

• •Project planning: Plan and manage the project over approximately 26 weeks until go‑live, using an iterative approach.
• Requirements management: Gather, structure, and maintain traceability of requirements (including the 99 functional requirements from the RFP), prioritize them, and ensure ongoing updates.
• Steering meetings: Lead bi‑weekly on‑site governance meetings in Zürich, manage change control, and ensure reporting.
• UAT coordination: Coordinate content collection and UAT participants on the UZH side, manage dependencies, and monitor risks.
• Operational SPOC: Act as the SPOC during operations and produce the monthly service report.

💼 Profile:

• At least 8y of experience
• Project management experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager for web/platform projects (delivery of websites/portals including design and development), ideally in the Swiss public or academic sector.
• Requirements engineering: Elicitation, specification, traceability, and backlog management.
• Language skills: Fluent English required (meetings, specifications, and documentation in English); German strongly preferred for interactions with UZH.
• Tool proficiency: Strong command of project management tools (Jira/Confluence) and agile ceremonies.
