We are looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to drive a high-stakes initiative: building an AI-native engineering platform from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how software is delivered by integrating AI agents, LLMs, and scalable cloud architectures. This is not just maintenance – you will lead a multidisciplinary team to dismantle legacy bottlenecks and scale engineering capabilities to compete at a global enterprise level.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading, mentoring, and fostering a high-performance culture within a Scrum team of 4-6 developers/testers
• Serving as the primary technical liaison with client stakeholders, defining project scope and architectural direction
• Driving the development of AI-native tools and automation frameworks to streamline the SDLC
• Hands-on engineering: delivering high-quality production code in .NET Core (C#) and React
• Ensuring system scalability, security, and compliance while managing E2E delivery
• Advocating for modern engineering practices: design patterns, clean architecture, and rigorous CI/CD

What We're Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience managing Scrum teams (4-6 people) with a "Player-Coach" mindset
• Deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC Core, and WebAPI
• Hands-on experience with frontend stacks: React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Solid backend architecture background: Microservices, Entity Framework Core, Repository Pattern, MediatR
• Practical experience with cloud-native delivery: Azure, Docker, Kubernetes
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on databases (MS SQL, NoSQL, Redis) and performance profiling
• Exceptional communication skills, with a consultant-like ability to guide non-technical stakeholders through complex AI transformations
• Willingness to complete a HackerRank technical challenge

Nice to Have:

• Practical knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline optimization
• Strong understanding of security protocols (OWASP, OAuth, JWT)
• Familiarity with PowerBI, SSRS, or reporting automation tools
