What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience with deep skills in development
• Good verbal and written communication skills (in Turkish and English – min B1 level)
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle
• Ability to write testable, clean and high-quality code
• Familiar with common development and Agile practices
• Knowledge of multiple languages and frameworks (.NET, Java, JavaScript, Typescript etc.)
• Experience in front-end web development with some combination of React.js, Vue.js and/or Angular
• Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, nginx, gRPC, RabbitMQ/Kafka, ElasticAPM, Grafana, Ocelot
• Experience with Redis, ElasticSearch and/or MongoDB
• Deep understanding of third-party libraries, web services and REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Hands-on experience developing production-ready mobile and web applications
• Experience in tools for effective teamwork such as Git, Issue Tracking, CI/CD
• Being passionate to use new technologies in projects
• Ability to quickly learn and unlearn
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication, problem solving and critical and analytical thinking skills

We are looking for new teammates who will contribute to building scalable, high-quality web and mobile applications across the full stack.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will design and develop both front-end and back-end systems used by millions of users, taking an active role in technical decisions and ensuring sustainable, efficient solutions. You will collaborate closely with product and technical teams, identify architectural challenges early, and take initiative to solve them. By continuously improving existing systems from UI components to backend services and infrastructure and exploring better ways of building digital experiences, you will contribute directly to both development processes and product quality.
