Who We Want

We are looking for a hands-on Scrum Master with a proven track record of driving Agile delivery across cross-functional programs. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to keep teams aligned, unblock progress, and move projects from kickoff to completion with consistency and purpose.

This is not just a ceremonies role. You will actively shape how the team works by identifying friction before it becomes a problem, building trust across functions, and making sure the right people have the context they need to make good decisions. What You'll

• DoOwn and drive Scrum execution: sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospective
• s.Ensure strong backlog hygiene, clear acceptance criteria, and alignment to sprint goals and QER objective

• m.Track and improve team metrics (velocity, predictability, cycle time, quality
