Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of Building Management System (BMS/BEMS) and Control Systems projects from engineering and design through construction, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of BMS/BEMS, BAS, GRMS, Home Automation, Metering, CO Detection Systems, and MCC projects.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review technical submittals, shop drawings, specifications, BOQs, and engineering documentation.
• Lead testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and final project handover.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in BMS/BEMS, Building Automation, or Control Systems projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, hospitality, healthcare, infrastructure, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC Controls, MCC, PLC, Testing & Commissioning, and Building Automation Systems.
• PMP Certification is an advantage.
