About the Role:

Senior Creative Experiential Designer for our event and exhibition company in Muscat, Oman.

Create concepts, and tell stories through space, not just produce renders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the brainstorming and development of big, bold experiential concepts for pitches. Create compelling narratives, mood boards, and thematic directions that win clients over.
• Oversee the visual and environmental identity of events. Ensure stage designs, exhibition stands, lighting, and guest journeys flow seamlessly and maximize engagement.
• Mentor, guide, and inspire a team of 3D/2D graphic designers, copywriters, and multimedia creators. Set the bar high for creative output.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of global event tech trends like projection mapping, AR/VR, interactive installations, and kinetic art, and intelligently integrate them into event proposals.
• Partner with the Production and Technical teams to ensure creative concepts are structurally feasible, budget-conscious, and flawlessly executed on-site.
• Confidently present creative pitches to high-profile clients, including corporate executives, luxury brands, and government stakeholders, articulating the why behind your design choices.

Experience:

• 5+ years experience in creative conceptualization specifically within experiential marketing, live events, or spatial and exhibition design agencies.
• A strong portfolio showcasing live event concepts, three dimensional spatial designs, and successful pitches that transitioned from render to reality.
• A deep understanding of Middle Eastern and specifically Omani culture, with the ability to blend local heritage elegantly with modern global design trends.
• A working familiarity with design software ecosystems such as Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, or CAD to effectively guide the design team.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills in English, with Arabic fluency considered a major advantage for interacting with regional stakeholders.
