Project Manager

MANE Energy are looking for experienced Project Manager in relation to Renewable Wind projects based in Germany

Location: Hamburg, Germany

Start Date: Beginning of 2025

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Execution

• Lead wind energy projects from inception to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee site selection, feasibility studies, permitting, and compliance with local regulations.

1. Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with landowners, municipalities, regulatory agencies, and contractors.
• Foster strong relationships with local communities to ensure project acceptance.

1. Team Coordination

• Manage multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, and construction crews.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, procurement, and legal to align project goals.

1. Risk Management & Compliance

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

1. Reporting & Documentation

• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and financial summaries.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the renewable energy sector, specifically wind energy.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale wind projects in Germany or Europe.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of German renewable energy regulations and permitting processes.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
