Tasks

Role Overview

As a Procurement Data Analyst / Business Analyst (all genders) at kiresult, you will be responsible for transforming procurement data into actionable insights that support our clients' strategic sourcing and cost management initiatives. You’ll work with stakeholders to understand their needs, leverage our procurement analytics tools, and help bring clarity and visibility to their procurement spend.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their procurement requirements and translate them into analytics-driven insights.
• Extract, cleanse, and transform large data sets using Excel and Python to provide accurate and timely analysis will be a focal point of your work.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, supply chain improvements, and other procurement efficiencies.
• Assist clients in interpreting analytics results and guide them in data-driven decision-making processes.
  
  
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Experience in Procurement: 1- 3 years of experience in a procurement, sourcing, or supply chain role, with an understanding of procurement processes, category management, and supplier management.
• Technical Skills:
• Experience with Python and Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business insights.
• Fluency in German and English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages are essential to interact effectively with our diverse clients and team members.
• Client-Facing Experience: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, understand their business needs, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Problem Solver: A proactive mindset with a knack for finding innovative solutions to business challenges.
