PHP Developer

About Position:

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in PHP with Laravel, Vue.js, MySQL, Claude Code, application development, production support, defect fixes, and new enhancements.

What You'll Do:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, and MySQL.
• Work on application development activities including coding, unit testing, debugging, deployment support, and documentation.
• Provide application support by analyzing production issues, troubleshooting defects, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Work on defect fixes, change requests, and new feature enhancements as per business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, architects, and support teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Use Claude Code experience to improve development productivity, code quality, analysis, and technical problem-solving where applicable.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and API integrations to ensure scalability and reliability.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 7–12 years of overall experience in web application development and support.
• Strong hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel framework for backend development.
• Good experience in Vue.js for frontend development and building responsive user interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL including schema design, query writing, stored procedures, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Experience in application support, incident analysis, defect fixing, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution.
• Hands-on experience in implementing new enhancements, change requests, and feature development.
• Exposure to Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools for code generation, review, debugging, and productivity improvement.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, integration patterns, version control tools, and Agile development practices.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate technical updates clearly.
