Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, and interviewing for store associates, cashiers, and supervisors.
  • Onboarding & Training: Conduct onboarding for new hires and coordinate training on customer service, product knowledge, and compliance.
  • Employee Relations & Retention: Act as the first point of contact for staff grievances, ensuring a positive work environment to reduce high retail turnover.
  • Attendance & Payroll: Manage daily attendance, leave records, and prepare inputs for payroll processing.
  • Performance Management: Assist store managers in conducting performance appraisals and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Compliance & Administration: Ensure adherence to labor laws (e.g., shops & establishment act) and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in HR, preferably within retail, fashion, or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
