Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager to lead Agile teams and ensure the successful delivery of software products and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching Agile teams, managing project delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

The candidate should be passionate about Agile methodologies, continuous improvement, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and maintain the product backlog.
Track sprint progress, team velocity, burndown charts, and key Agile metrics.
Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity.
Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Drive project planning, risk management, dependency management, and release planning.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Support Agile transformation initiatives across teams.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
Collaborate with multiple teams to manage cross-functional dependencies.
Promote transparency, accountability, and collaboration across Agile teams.

Required Skills

Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
Hands-on experience with Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
Expertise in Jira and Confluence.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in project planning, risk management, and release management.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing AI, Cloud, FinTech, Salesforce, or Digital Transformation projects.
Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile engineering practices.
Basic understanding of SQL or software development concepts.

Certifications (Preferred)

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
SAFe Scrum Master / SAFe Agilist
PMP or PRINCE2 (Preferred)
PMI-ACP (Preferred)
