Project Logistics Manager

Location: Singapore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary up to SGD8,000

We are looking for an experienced Project Logistics Manager to manage end-to-end logistics planning and execution for M&E equipment and materials. This role is ideal for candidates with strong construction logistics experience, site coordination skills, and the ability to manage complex project deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute full-cycle logistics for M&E equipment and materials
• Coordinate international shipments, customs clearance, and local transportation
• Develop and manage site logistics plans aligned with construction schedules
• Control delivery sequencing under space and access constraints
• Coordinate closely with M&E contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams
• Manage off-site warehousing and just-in-time delivery arrangements
• Handle heavy lift and oversized cargo logistics when required
• Identify, assess, and mitigate logistics risks that may impact project progress
• Ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, vendors, and site stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in project logistics or construction logistics
• Experience working with M&E contractors or infrastructure projects is preferred
• Site-based logistics coordination experience is highly desirable
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
