We are looking for Machine Learning Engineer – GenAI & MLOps, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will: (responsibilities):

Develop and deploy AI applications (e.g., agents) that meet functional and non‑functional requirements by building accurate, clean, testable code, and exposing scalable inference endpoints. Result: reliable ML features powering ESS products.

Successful prod deployments per quarter

Inference latency & throughput within SLA

Defect escape rate post‑release

Implement MLOps best practices across the lifecycle—experiment tracking, model/version registry, CI/CD for data & models, automated testing, and rollout/rollback patterns. Result: faster, safer iterations.

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced or fluent English
• Strong foundational Python skills, with hands-on experience or coursework using modern ML and LLM frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or similar libraries
• Exposure to agentic AI concepts and implementations, including basic tool-calling, multi-step reasoning workflows, prompt chaining, or human-in-the-loop approaches through projects, internships, or academic work
• Understanding of the ML and LLM lifecycle, including data preparation, experimentation, model training, evaluation, and basic deployment or inference workflows
• Familiarity with deploying and running ML models, including model serving fundamentals, simple APIs, or batch inference pipelines (production experience not required)
• Awareness of best practices around reproducibility and monitoring, such as experiment tracking, version control, and basic model performance checks
• Ability to learn and collaborate in a team environment, communicate technical ideas clearly, and grow under mentorship from senior engineers
